Jo is growing up

I'm lagging so much on my blogging.

This week Jo got a runny nose. She's more prone to get a blocked or runny nose, whereas Matthew is more likely to be coughing. I just found out that she knows how to blow her nose. She must have learned from Matthew. So cute!

Just a quick update. Jo has started to run run run and she's fast. Her reaction is also so fast that we got to keep a close watch on her. Her gross motor skills are way advanced for her age, but we are not quite surprised, because she started walking very early before 10 months. She climbs stairs and can walk up stairs holding to the railing or wall. She knows how to throw her weight on to the sofa and maneuver herself up.

Intellectual-wise, she knows A, B and C. She knows bird, dog, cat. I was surprised that she knows zebra, giraffe and tiger, when we brought her to the zoo. She's quick to pick up and learn. At the zoo, I needed to just point out to her the orang utans on the trees a few times, the next time we went past the area, she could point them out to me. That was the same with the flamingos.

I need to update on our zoo trips. We have signed up for the family membership again, after 1 year from the expiry.
