Mike took Matthew on the MRT to Raffles Place to catch the Hungry Caterpillar play by Act 3 International last Saturday. The show was very good, in fact better than the other plays by another theatre group. The Hungry Caterpillar is a book by Eric Carle. The show was not only about the Hungry Caterpillar, there was also the Little Cloud and the Chameleon. I packed some snacks for Matthew - french toast and chicken cheese cocktails. He finished everything before and after the show.
Here's a cheeky shot of Matthew.
While Mike and Matthew were at the play, I brought Joanne on a Farm Tour with the Mar07 toddlers. 1st stop - Goat Farm. Joanne and I went to feed the goats. Joanne has no "fear" for the goats. She put her hand so close to their mouths that I worried that they bit her. I told her to let go as soon as the goats bit the grass. She understood!
We joined the other toddlers and their parents for lunch. Yummy spread -french toast (me), chicken cheese cocktails (Ash's mommy), jelly (Bel's mommy), yogurt (Bryan's mommy), Gerber juice (EJ's mommy), cheese bread (Tian's mommy) and pandan cake (Reyden & Reyes' mommy). Keira and Moon also joined the toddlers for some rural fun!
Here's a photo of Joanne and Reyden playing peek-a-boo!
We then proceeded to Qian Hu Fish Farm. The kids had fun going round and round looking at tanks and tanks of fish! Big ones, small ones, long ones, short ones, colourful ones, not-so-colourful ones. The highlight was feeding the koi! Bel's daddy bought fish food for the kids to feed the koi! Thanks Uncle Nick! Joanne wanted to eat the fish food.

After the fish farm, the kids were all tired. We went to IMM for lunch. Mike and Matthew took the MRT and went to meet us at IMM. Both of them were so tired that they napped on the journey to IMM. The kids sure had lots of fun!! :)
