Joanne's Passport Photo

We are planning a little overnight trip overseas in July, so we need to apply for Jo's passport. We tried to take her photos, so that I could edit the photo for the passport application.

Here's the 1st attempt...



She was watching her favourite DVD - Leapfrog Math Circus. No matter how I tried, she just wouldn't let me take a proper shot because I was blocking her. This girl, no matter what I did, I just couldn't get her eyes off her show!

The next morning, she was sitting on the high chair. We took the chance and got this shot...



and I cropped it to this...



I didn't notice the stray hairs and the runny nose, till I submitted the photo online! I showed the photo to Mike and he was going "no no no, cannot lah". We were "praying" hard that ICA would reject the photo. They accepted the photo and Jo's passport is now ready for collection!

It seems that they are quite "lenient" when it comes to kids' photos! Just take a look at Matthew's passport photo!
